\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRETURN POLICY FOR SALE CONTRACTS AGREED WITH COCONUKA
You have the \nright to withdraw from the sale contract with COCONUKA NET-A-PORTER \nGROUP S.p.A. (\u201cCOCONUKA\u201d) for any reason and without incurring any \npenalty within fifteen (15) days from the date on which you received the\n products purchased from COCONUKA.com.
You can exercise your right to return using one of the following methods:
a)\n Online submission to COCONUKA of the Return Form found in the Customer \nCare area, completed in its entirety; in this instance, COCONUKA will \nsend you an email confirming that they have received your return \nrequest.
b) Sending this Form to COCONUKA, completed in its entirety.
c) Sending COCONUKA another declaration explicitly stating your decision to withdraw from the sale contract.
In\n instances b) and c), your declaration must be addressed to Customer \nCare at the registered office of COCONUKA NET-A-PORTER GROUP S.p.A., Via\n Morimondo no. 17, Milan. In such instances, you will be responsible for\n proving that you exercised your right to withdraw from the sale \ncontract correctly and within the specified time frame.
If you are \nbased in one of the following countries: Czech Republic, Bulgaria, \nRomania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, \nSlovenia, Croatia, the products to be returned must be handed over to \nthe courier within fourteen (14) days of the date you notified COCONUKA \nof your decision to withdraw.
If you are based in Norway, the \nproducts to be returned must be handed over to the courier within \nfifteen (15) days of the date you received the products.
If you are \nbased in Switzerland, the products to be returned must be handed over to\n the courier within one hundred (100) days of the date you received the \nproducts.
The right to return is excluded in the event that you \npurchased customised or personalised products, or sealed items that were\n opened after delivery and that cannot be returned for health or hygiene\n reasons.

1. Conditions for exercising the right to withdraw
The\n right to withdraw from the sale contract shall be deemed correctly \nexercised if the following conditions have been fully met:
a. The \nright to withdraw has been correctly exercised within fifteen (15) days \nof receiving the products following the procedures set out above
b. \nThe products have not been used, worn or washed and, in any case, are \ncompliant with the requirements detailed in the section on compliance \nchecks for returned products below;
c. The identification tag with \nthe disposable seal is still attached to the products as it constitutes \nan integral part of the product
d. The products are returned with their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
e. The products are handed over to the courier within the timeframes set out above
f. The products are not damaged
If\n you have complied with the relevant conditions, COCONUKA will reimburse\n the price of the products purchased. The only expenses borne by you \nwill be those for returning the products, unless COCONUKA expressly \nexempted you from those expenses when you made your purchase, and under \nthe condition that you use the courier and shipping methods indicated \nbelow in section 2.

2. Procedure for returning products to COCONUKA – UPS
COCONUKA\n recommends you use the courier UPS (www.ups.com) for returning \nproducts. If you use UPS and the pre-printed label \u2013 which carries the \nreturn address \u2013 enclosed in the original order, you will not have to \npay the return costs upfront. COCONUKA will pay the courier UPS on your \nbehalf and will deduct from your refund a fee equal to the cost incurred\n for delivering the purchased products to your home. Contact UPS to \norganise a return. The possibility of tracking each package sent at any \ntime using this shipping method relieves you from any responsibility for\n loss or damage to the products during transit. If you decide to return \nproducts using a courier other than UPS, you will have to pay the return\n shipping costs upfront and you will be responsible for any loss or \ndamage to the products during transit. In this event, you will also be \nrefunded an amount equal to the standard shipping cost of the purchased \nproducts although you will not be refunded for any additional costs \nincurred due to choosing another kind of shipment and delivery that is \ndifferent to or faster than the standard method.

3. Compliance checks for returned products
You\n will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because \nthey are not compliant with the conditions indicated in letters a) and \ne) of previous section 1 and you can choose, at your own expense, to \nhave the products returned to you. If you refuse said delivery, COCONUKA\n reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the \npurchase of the products.
All products must be returned in a new and\n unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in \nplace and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including \nall packaging, accessories and documents. COCONUKA reserves the right \nnot to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been \nused or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an \nalternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange \naccordingly.
For example, COCONUKA may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
\u2022 the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed;
\u2022\n the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the \nproduct(s) or has not been returned. Please note that the identification\n tag constitutes an integral part of each product; and\/or
\u2022 you have not returned any packaging which is an integral part of a product (such as a dust bag).
You\n will be informed if COCONUKA proposes to reduce your refund for this \nreason. In this instance, you may (as an alternative to COCONUKA \nproviding you with a reduced refund) choose to have the products sent \nback to you at your own expense. In the event of the latter, should you \nrefuse this shipment, COCONUKA reserves the right to retain both the \nproducts and the amount specified for the decreased refund owing to the \ndecrease in value of the returned products.
COCONUKA does not assume \nany responsibility for items returned by mistake or items not related to\n the return left in the packaging or in the returned items.

4. Refund times and procedures
Once\n COCONUKA has received the returned products and checked all \nrequirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming that \nthe return has been accepted and COCONUKA will proceed with a full \nrefund, or, if the products are found to have decreased in value, you \nwill receive an email informing you of the amount deducted from the \nrefund and COCONUKA will proceed with the refund of the remaining \namount. Whatever the form of payment used, COCONUKA will process the \nrefund as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) \ndays from the date it was informed of your decision to exercise your \nright to return, and once it has checked that the return was carried out\n in compliance with the above conditions.
The time period for refunding the amount paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
\u2022 Purchase by credit\/debit card: refund time will depend on the card company.
\u2022\n Payment by PayPal (if available): refunds will be credited to your \nPayPal account and will be visible within 24 hours of the refund \nconfirmation email. The actual reimbursement of the credit card \nassociated with your PayPal account will depend on the company that \nissued the card.
\u2022 Payment made by Cash on Delivery (if available): \nthe refund will be sent to the bank account indicated by you, so the \ntime taken for the refund will depend on the accuracy of the information\n provided by you; the refund will usually take fourteen (14) days.
In the case of gifts, the refund of the sum paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.
As\n an alternative to having your credit\/debit card, PayPal or bank account\n refunded for returned products, you can choose to receive store credit \n(“MoneCOCONUKA”).
MoneCOCONUKA can be used towards purchases on \nCOCONUKA.com according to article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions\n of the Sale.

5. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
Notwithstanding\n legal rules protecting consumers, if you are returning a product \nbecause of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, \nyou shall notify COCONUKA within thirty (30) days of receipt using the \nonline Return Form on the website; if a product becomes faulty after the\n thirty (30) days, please contact Customer Care to obtain further return\n information. You must return the products in the same condition in \nwhich you received them. For returning products, please see section 1 \nand 2 above.
COCONUKA will examine all products returned as damaged \nor defective and will notify you of your refund via email within a \nreasonable period of time. Subject to acceptance by COCONUKA of the \ndamaged or defective goods, products returned by you because they are \ndamaged or defective will be refunded in full, including the cost of \ndelivery for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in \nreturning the item to COCONUKA. In the event that COCONUKA finds no \nfault with the returned products, you will be notified that the returned\n products cannot be accepted and you may elect to have the products \nre-delivered to you. If you do not accept re-delivery COCONUKA reserves \nthe right to retain the products and the purchase price and recover \nCOCONUKA’s fees and expenses

6. Conditions for the Exchange of Products
In\n certain circumstances detailed below, you shall be entitled to exchange\n your product for a different size or colour of the same model. \nExchanges are subject to product availability at our warehouse. \nExchanges are available only if you are based in one of the following \ncountries: Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary,\n Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Norway. You\n can request an exchange using the online Return Form on the website, \nwhich allows you to exchange your purchased products using the options \navailable.
The request for an exchange of the product is subject to the following conditions:
\u2022\n product exchange shall only apply to purchased products for which this \npossibility is expressly specified on the online Return Form on our \nwebsite by means of the word “EXCHANGE\u201d being available”;
\u2022 you may \nonly request the replacement of one or more purchased products with \nproducts of the same model, but in a different size and\/or colour. The \navailable replacement options will be indicated in the online Return \nForm;
\u2022 you may request to exchange one or more purchased products \nwithin and not later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days of the day you \nreceive the products, by filling in the Return Form and sending it via \nelectronic means to COCONUKA within the aforementioned deadline. The \nproducts to be replaced should be returned within the timeframes set out\n in section 1;
\u2022 you may only submit a single replacement request for each product purchased;
\u2022\n the products for which you request the replacement must be returned to \nCOCONUKA in their original packaging, they must not have been used, \nworn, washed, modified or damaged, and they must still have their \nidentification tag attached with the disposable seal;
\u2022 the products \nto be exchanged that are part of a single order must be returned to \nCOCONUKA in a single shipment. COCONUKA reserves the right to refuse \nproducts of the same order that are shipped for replacement in different\n stages.
If all the above conditions are correctly fulfilled, once \nyou have filled in and transmitted the Return Form containing your \nrequest for goods replacement, COCONUKA will process said request by \nsending you a relevant confirmation email.
After receiving the \nproducts to be exchanged, COCONUKA will inspect the products to check \nthat all the above requirements have been fulfilled. COCONUKA will then \nverify the actual availability in its warehouses of the products to \nensure that the size and\/or colour you have selected are available.
If\n the selected products are not available in the warehouse, COCONUKA will\n not be able to accept your request for an exchange and will refund you \nthe original price of the products originally purchased in accordance \nwith consumer protection legislation and pursuant to the procedures \nspecified above.
If the selected products are available in the \nwarehouse, COCONUKA will accept your request for an exchange and will \nsend you an email confirming the shipment of the replacement products. \nShipment will occur within thirty (30) days of the date from which \nCOCONUKA was made aware of your request for exchange. The costs for \nshipping the replacement products shall be borne by COCONUKA.
When \nexchanging a product, if the price of the purchased product is lower or \nhigher than the chosen replacement product, you will not be required to \npay or be entitled to receive the relative price difference. However, if\n you choose to return the exchanged product in accordance with your \nlegal rights, you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the \nproduct.
You will be contacted by COCONUKA if your request for an \nexchange cannot be accepted because the above conditions have not been \nmet. In this instance, you can have the original products shipped back \nat your expense or COCONUKA will issue a refund in accordance with the \nprocedures set out above.
The exchange products are subject to a subsequent product return procedure, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

7. Identification Tag
We\n remind you that all products sold by COCONUKA include an identification\n tag attached with a disposable seal which is an integral part of the \nproduct. Please try on the products without removing the tag and seal. \nProducts returned without the tag and seal will not be accepted.

8. Consumer Code
These\n conditions for exercising the right to withdraw from the sale contract \nare an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and are\n governed by Italian law, and in particular by the Consumer Code.

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE CONTRACTS AGREED WITH PARTNERS
You\n may exercise your right to cancel the contract with third-party \nvendors, COCONUKA partners (\u201cPartner\u201d\/\u201cPartners\u201d) without incurring any \npenalty and without providing any reason within 15 days of the date on \nwhich you received the products from COCONUKA.com.
